The Olsen twins to present their clothing line “The Row” at fashion week

The Olsen twins are trying to make their mark in Hollywood, This is not through any fancy movie or stunt, but the Olsen twins opted to leave their mark by coming up with a sophisticate collection which they launched during the New York Fashion Week. Presented at the runway show was the Olsen Twins’ upper market label known as “The Row”. And to keep the attention away from themselves and onto to their design, the Olsens Twins kept the guests at a minimum, with only a handful of fashion photographers to witness the launch.

Kanye West and girlfriend Amber Rose attend Couture fashion shows in Paris

This couple is known for standing out no matter where they go. They were recently seen attending the runway shows for Givenchy and Chanel, and we are not surprised at all that Kanye West and girlfriend Amber Rose were clad in attention-grabbing apparel.

Kanye West and girlfriend Amber Rose literally held up the crowd during a Haute Couture Spring/Summer fashion show in Paris last January. And if you have seen how this couple wear their clothes and shoes as if they are walking the ramp, then seeing them in various fashion shows should not come as a surprise at all.

Veronica Webb and Coco Rocha to report on Fashion Week Shows

There are times when the catwalkers find themselves not just sashaying on the ramp, but hosting runway shows. This is exactly what will happen to Veronica Webb and Coco Rocha who will join forces to come up with an exciting Fashion Week TV, an activity produced by Project Runway.

Veronica Webb and Coco Rocha will be hosting the show, albeit temporarily. If you’re a New Yorker then be glad because you are among those who will get the all-access pass. Coco Rocha is not a newbie for the job because she has covered the Grammy’s red-carpet event for Entertainment Tonight in Canada.

The Fashion Week TV will be broadcasted live from the Bryant Park tents. This week will surely offer you lots of activities you won’t be able to forget for a long time.

Jessica Stam on the cover of Turkish Vogue

Jessica Stam, a regular on the Fashion Week runway, graced the cover of the first issue of Turkish Vogue. It seems to be quite common for foreign magazines to use white models on their cover. Vogue India and Vogue China both debuted their magazines with white models on the fronts. One could argue that Vogue keeps putting western looking girls on the covers of international magazines because it is a western publication, but there is some concern that Vogue’s message actually is “this is fashion.” Though fashion is a very global industry, we need to remember that everyone can participate and look fabulous in the latest trends.  We are all in fashion!

Lady Gaga is known not only for her undeniable talent, but for her creative sense of style as well. While most of her outfits are designed by her and her posse at Haus of Gaga, Lady Gaga surprised us all when she arrived at the Grammy’s in an ensemble designed by non other than Giorgio Armani. However, the outfit was no ordinary Armani dress, instead it looked like it came directly from Gaga herself. Now it seems, Armani is continuing the design for the pop star. Drawings have leaked to every online gossip site showing the Armani for Gaga designs that the Lady will be wearing for her Monster Ball tour. If it wasnt already an established fact, Mr. Armani proves himself as a designer with range!

She used to be known as one of Hollywood’s wild child. Though she wasn’t always on the hot celebrity trends list, Nicole Richie has grown a lot since those days and is now known for her great style. Nicole Richie is known for her style transformations over the years, from earth mama to hippie fashionista.

Nicole Richie, with her colored hair extensions, used to scare people with her skinny body but has now opted for a healthier lifestyle and body. Today, she wouldn’t be caught wearing a less than perfect outfit especially when attending a fashion show, making her a regular on the Best Dressed List.

But despite these changes, Nicole Richie can still be seen with long hair extensions and her favorite micro miniskirts. Not bad at all considering that she has a curvaceous figure and she can pull it off.

Rachel Zoe: From stylist to TV star

The tables have turned for fashion guru Rachel Zoe and she is finally experiencing what she only heard of first-hand from the stars she was beautifying before. Her fabulous powers in the world of fashion made Rachel a boob-tube sensation. Last September 2008 though, she debuted her reality series dubbed The Rachel Zoe Project. 

In her reality series, Zoe’s work as a celeb fashion stylist is featured. The show also showcased tips for what’s new, what’s hot and what’s trendy. Together with her fashion team, Zoe showed viewers the tricks to getting that bohemian look, classic “Zoeism” and the “A-to-Zoe” of fashion. But despite being a TV reality star, Zoe still managed to do what she does best: styling celebrities. Among her recent clients are Demi Moore, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Garner and Anne Hathaway.

Clothing Trend: Sequined Everything

Fashion is a cycle and you can bet that what used to be fashionable during the days of your grandparents can still become fashionable in the future. So head to your nearest vintage boutique and digg up some sequined clothing before anyone else does!

Sequined clothing from shorts, pants to shirts became, and everything that comes with a shiny look became fashionable in the 70s. Brace yourself though, because sequined pants, dresses, shorts and shirts are becoming trendy again and it seems, a staple celebrity trend.

Paint the town red wearing nothing but sequined black pants or sequined red dress. We go for the sequined black pants since it is easy to pair it with a sexy tube blouse. Wearing sequined clothing will make you’re the star of the night so if you want lots of attention then go wear your favorite sequined attire.
